Expert Witness
Michael Roop, CSP, has worked as an expert in dozens of cases in multiple states hired by attorneys for both plaintiffs and defendants. Roop generally will conduct an on-scene investigation and safety analysis of the incident site utilizing his years and skills as a retired law enforcement detective. Roop’s background knowledge of safety and work regulations as well as SOP’s regarding an incident provides critical insight for his report production to his clients. Roop’s experience also entails extensive courtroom and deposition testimony detailing/defending his report findings.

Training
MRE provides experienced, expert Confined Space and Fall Protection classroom training that includes hands-on work utilizing specialized equipment in those fields. Our training specifically meets all OSHA regulatory mandates. In fact, Michael Roop, is a quoted source in the OSHA preamble to its confined space regulation. Roop has effectively taught thousands of trainees worldwide in these two very particular regulated areas.
